Bicheno's Ocean View Retreat is supremely situated in a commanding position overlooking Diamond Island and the pristine white sands of Tasmania's east coast beaches, the panoramic views from these luxury suites or self-contained units are stunning! Choose from our self-contained units, accommodating up to six people in either a Family Unit, B&B Suite or try our Deluxe Spa Suite - something to suit everyone! Self-catering UnitsUnit 1 The largest of the self-catering units and sleeps up to 6 people. It is 15 squares and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry and full kitchen. Unit 2 This is on the lower section of the retreat and sleeps 4 people. There is a queen-size bed in the lounge/dining area and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. Unit 3 This unit has a queen-size bed only and is on ground level as well. It has a separate lounge/dining area. Maximum occupancy is for 2 people. Unit 4 (Studio Apartment) This is a small studio apartment with a queen-size bed and limited cooking facilities. It does have a microwave, electric skillet and toaster oven, as well as a gas BBQ right outside the door. There is no direct view of the ocean from this unit, however, spectacular views can be obtained from a private courtyard outside your door. Maximum occupancy is for 2 people. Bed & Breakfast The B&B rooms are in our new section built in 2003. They are bedrooms with ensuites and have the most spectacular 180 degree views of Diamond Island, kilometres of pristine white sandy beaches and Macleans Bay with Douglas Apsley National Park in the foreground. The tariff for these rooms includes full breakfast. |
