Opened in January 2005 this 4-star rated property is now under new management. Located on the banks of the picturesque Macquarie River, we are now fully licensed and have recently installed Austar. The adjoining Caravan Park also offers budget cabin accommodation. All this and just a “stone’s throw” from the prettiest, heritage village in Tasmania.

Ross Caravan Park The Ross Caravan Park is on the banks of the Macquarie River alongside Tasmania’s iconic Ross Bridge (1836). The Ross Bridge is the third oldest bridge in Australia.
The level ground site is bordered by a beautiful old, dry stone wall with abundant shade trees. There are 20 powered sites and a similar number of unpowered sites.
Sites are well spaced and provide enough room to drive in and out without unhooking your van.
